[During the afternoon, if one is to catch the journal feed they may notice what looks like a black splotch on the feed. If one looks long enough, they will notice that this splotch is growing slowly. Eventually it starts taking on this form:]

[As the splotch grows, the journal camera catches a young woman grumbling, while rubbing her head in frustration. That young woman being Paprika. ...At least it looks like she's grumbling. Because, no matter how much it appears that she's talking, no words come out of her mouth that can be even caught in the slightest by the journal. Meanwhile the inkblot stops as soon as she does. It doesn't seem she has noticed just yet that her journal is open.]

[ooc: Paprika is back from her kidnapping. Her experimentation side-effect is that her words are being translated into the journal as Rorschach Inkblots and none of her speech can be heard. She doesn't realize this and is under the illusion that nothing has happened to her. The blots can be interpreted in whatever way you want your character to see them as. I'll put what she's actually saying in brackets for convenience. Replies will be accompanied by images, so please specify in the subject line if you want it linked as a URL if your computer can't take image loading or if tinypic is blocked for some reason! Also this post is image heavy in the comments.]

[As the splotches appear, Beast Boy tilts his head and holds the journal at an angle.]

Nah, I think it looked more like him before that. And you forgot the banana ray gun, dude.

[She keeps giggling, the names sounding oddly cute, and more tiny splashes of ink appear on the page. Finally she coughs a small *ahem* and explains that she doesn't know what a 'banana ray gun' is. This time the splotches appear as a fuller image.]

[Beast Boy raises an eyebrow when an entirely new image appears. What the...oh, this must be some sort of game, right? He can totally go along with that! He starts laughing back.]

That one looks like Raven's face whenever she gets mad at me!

[She blinks her eyes and gives him a confused look, hoping Beast Boy might get the hint. Who's Raven?]

[He blinks back for a few seconds, not seeming to understand the sudden pause in inkblots. Then he gets the picture and starts gesturing with his hands.]

Oh, I'm talking about my teammate back home! Raven's kind of gloomy, so I like to tell her jokes. They usually don't work out so well.

[She nods in response and suggest that he should try telling jokes she might like. That doesn't go so well and she can't be heard. On top of that a fuller inkblot appears.]

[Awesome, the game is back on!]

That one's easy! A bird wearing a tiara!

[She...didn't make that, but laughs silently at the response anyway. This is actually kind of fun, even with the disturbing thought that he can't hear her. So she responds again with some gibberish and lets another inkblot blossom.]

Um...two wolves with their butts stuck together! [...yes, really.]

[Laughing so hard at that. Wow is that the weirdest perception she's heard.]

[What, don't you see it?]

I'm pretty good at this, huh?

[Sadly not. She nods and gives him a thumbs up. No clue what's going on, but he is really cracking her up. Then again it's not hard to make Paprika laugh.]

Well, I don't like to brag about it... [He does.] ...but I do have a pretty sharp eye.

[She nods in agreement. These interpretations are certainly something.

Rather than speaking, she attempts to draw one. Her blot isn't bad but within a couple seconds it morphs into something more solid.]

Hmm... [He seems to think for a second on that one.] a couple of monkeys from those "barrel of monkeys" toy thingies?
