[She doesn't stiffen with the sudden contact, nor does she pull away. At the same time, she doesn't reciprocate it or make any sort of notion that she appreciates the gesture. She simply doesn't know what to feel. Talking about love and understanding it is different from being emotionally able to feel it. And she simply doesn't know what to feel.
